PvP Rewards Pages Updated

Blizzard has updated the PvP Rewards pages for <A HREF="http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/pvp/rewards-weapons.html">General PvP Weapons</a>, <A HREF="http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/factions/alterac/index.html">Alterac Valley</a>, <A HREF="http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/factions/arathi/index.html">Arathi Basin</a>, and <A HREF="http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/factions/warsong/index.html">Warsong Gulch</a>.

For some reason, none of the battlegrounds were updated with level 70 items, only the general PvP weapons. I guess there is no real reason to run Alterac Valley, etc in Burning Crusade? (other than honor or course) Or maybe they are just being sneaky/lazy and not adding lvl 70 items to the pages yet. Who knows. But even lacking BC items, the pages do have the new 2.0 honor prices listed so you can check that out.

The thing I find most interesting, is that the level 70 gear costs the same as the level 60 gear, just requiring the Eye of the Storm Token rather then the other tokens. I was expecting at least 10000 more for the 70 stuff.

Them being socketed sorta makes up for the cost, since you're going to want to buy the jewels to get the socket bonus and the jewels are not cheap.

Well, Blizzard did say it was a sneak preview. I find it very doubtful they would completely make all three of their original battlegrounds obsolete by not having any lvl 70 loot associated with them. All that information will probably be released at a closer date.

Think they'll redo the pvp armor and give the different armor types different grahpics, along with maknig the HWL/GM actually look decent?
