View Full Version : Your Favourite Blizzard Game?

Enough badmouthing Blizzard. Let's speak of the good stuff. Which game do you like most?

For me, I'd have to lean towards Warcraft 3. Mostly due to its never-ending replayability, caused by the Map Editor.

And of course the story. It's what introduced me to WC Lore.

I loved WC3 Due to its Heroes, Hero units were something new and cool to me and the story was fucking awesome and it also intruduced me better to the Lore than WC2 (was very young when it was released heh :P).

WC3 and SC:Brood Wars got the best multiplayer fun too, i didn't enjoy WC2 that much due to units having same stats almost (except ogre-magis having bloodlust and so on and so on).

EDIT: i vote for WC3.

Gameplay-wise StarCraft/Brood War.
Story-wise I'd say WarCraft 3.

Starcraft/Broodwar

After that. . .I dunno. Probably a three way tie between Warcraft III, WoW and Diablo II.

Just joking, Warcarft 3 too, introduced me to hte lore, and I still haven't find such a great lore.

Hope they don't destroy it.

I'd have to choose between Wc3 and WoW, but considering that I love some of the custom games that wc3 offers i'd say WC3 is my favorite with wow as a close 2nd

I think Warcraft III takes it for me too. Nothing will beat the first time I played it. I had been waiting... How many years was it? When I saw the opening cinematic for the first time I got goose-bumbs! I still do actually...

And by the looks of it that is the common consensus.

In the singleplayer basis Diablo II, Arreat pulls a string on me that I cant explain... it is a home to me

and In multiplayer ladder, Starcraft since there are no Hydralisks that are magic inmune, have the speed of a vulture, cost the same that a marine xept with 10 minerals and 80 gas and are T2, have slow poison and can dispell effects:mad:

But WC3 custom games are quite awesome

I'd go for Warcraft III and The Exp for it ofc...

I never went so very fancied of Warcraft 2. But whe nseeing the opening movie to Wc3 i went like "OO! Gotta play!" so i did. A long long time. 'til i got internet.. And come into it more.. it was the nthat i started to go on the lore etc... So yeah i'd say Wc3.

After it would be WoW, 'caus i love being in that world. [:
But i hate what the yhave done to the lore :/
