While I already knew this, I know there are a lot of people out there that still refuse to believe it. But now it's officially confirmed. <A HREF="http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general&t=6335594&tmp=1#post6335594">Here is what Eyonix had to say</a>:

Knaak in particular is an excellent example of real 'Azerothian' history and lore available outside of our game software. We work closely with authors that help us expand our game universe, and the information should be considered official. </font></ul>So there you go. All the books are canon, including the RPG books.
