Gods and Demi gods?

what makes a god (like elune and the earthmother) different from a demi god (cenarious, hakkar, agamagan, the druidic gods, the loa gods, ect)

Iv heard rumors that Eonar may be the Earthmother, is it possible Elune is another titan?

I think Elune and the Earthmother are probably the same thing - I mean, both are tree huggers nobody has seen.
Or else they are figments of the imagination :p
