If the races of Outland are waging guerilla warfare, does that mean palyers will be friendly with them? or will we just kill everyting?

Maybe some faction grinding will be involved, but it'll probably be more like Scarlet Crusade vs Scourge stuff.

There will probably be some creatures there who are part fo some cooperative action against the Legion, and thus might be willing to work with players, but there will likely be others who just kill any intruders different from themselves. Just because the Legion is a particular creature's enemy wouldn't necessarily mean that the creature itself was especially friendly or even capable of peaceful behavior beforehand. Remember, many of these beings spilled into Draenor from the Twisting Nether independently of the Legion, and the Twisting Nether wasn't really known for playing hoste to very hospitable creatures long before Sargeras formed his army.

Pfft English needs anyway who?

Anyhow, back to the topic, So far the only races I can see collabrating with us "newcomers" is the Draenei and the Nether dragons. Granted, we have yet to see what other beings travel the wastes of Draenor, so maybe there is a much larger war then the one going on in Azeroth.

Perhaps we get to see the giants whos skeletons the Temples of the Damned the death knights used to use were made of.

Perhaps we get to see the giants whos skeletons the Temples of the Damned the death knights used to use were made of. Well, those giants were said to be extinct, but nothing ever really stays dead in Warcraft.

One way to do it would be have them as undead giants. That'd be pretty cool.

Or reveal that they are actually inflated trees called Ents. dunno where that came from

thats what I was thinking. In the triler it sys eeryone is rallying for war, and that sonds like its planetary.

Just to clarify, Illidin and his ilk are Legion, right? and who thinks that the BE in the Tempest Keep will be mutated, or at least the tougher mobs, to have more demon-like features?

Ehhh, they're Legion by force, really. They would be about as part of the Burning Legion as the Scourge is, but Illidan doesn't have the luxury of being on a planet that the demons can't pop in and check on him.
Mutated blood elves is my current theory for why the Horde blood elves will want to raid the Black Citadel, too. :3

i wonder if Maiev's head will be on a pike outside the citadel or something, provided she is dead. And if she is alive, than add her to the list of the guerilla resitance forces.

She's dead Jim.

question is, is she truely dead? no one really dies in WarCraft, you know that. Though if you can spot me the evidence I'd be appreciative.

I personally think Maiev will only be a spirit. Or somthing like a Spirit of Vengence.

As for the BE in Tempest Keep, my theory is that they've actually fused themselves with demons. Much like Illidan has. Atleast those major guards that will be near Kael will have demonic type powers and whatnot. I'm pretty sure thats why the BE will want to kill Kael. Because on arriving to Draenor they'll find out that Kael has been in control of all this power and hasn't shared it with those bretheran he left on Azeroth. The BE'll be pretty pissed and power hungry their leader left them. Thats my theory. ;)

Her bio in shadows & Light says that Illidan pretty much killed her in Outland. She died all alone, with noone to to be with her, save her grief and sorrow. Can you say Avatar of Vengence???

"Ava...Avatar of Vengeance"..I CAN say it after all, yay for me!

And you're likely right about the avatar Kenzuki..doesn't the Frozen Throne manual even state that dead wardens will often return as such?

More as in dead people who die in a true horrible way or that die with unfinished tasks. (Hint, hint)

question is now, will she be a boss or quest giver?

Cantus

I'd say she'll be a quest giver, a final slap in Illidan's already maddened face.

Anyone notice how those who fall to their enemies hands rise up to destroy them in spiritual form?

Medivh in WC1-3

Kel'thuzad in WC3 (anomaly here, as he is eventually reincarnated as a Lich)

Sylvanus in WC3 (I'm still betting Slyvanus has possessed the Ranger, and is using that body in WoW)

Maeiv in TFT

Apparently we do remain dead in a physical sense, but the spirits of hatred or vengeance linger on.

Or forgotten by Blizzard :p
Probably something along the lines of that orc ghost at border of Blasted Lands and Swamp of Sorrows. A tourist attraction and quest giver to go and slaughter Razelikh and friends.
