Tere seems to be a raid zone in NE Hinterlands, what is it? and the lroe behind it?

Most likely is the Emerald Portal, it´s the only Raid zone in Hinterlands.

Each one of the 4 corrupted dream dragons guards one of the portals to the emerald dream. I have seen it before, it is not a raid zone, or at least it wasnt a few months ago. Its been awhile since I have been high enough level to sneak around that zone. BTW I started an alliance rogue named Lerric on Balnazzar if anyone wants to jumps aboard. I have found a pretty good guild....

It's the area where the Emerald Dream portal is.
