This story continues where "Dragon Hunt" left off, detailing Kalec and co.'s exploits against a monsterous Frost Wyrm among other things. In my opinion it's quite a bit better than "Dragon Hunt" as well, so it's definately worth picking up (though if Knaak says "the city of Quel'Thalas" one more time I am going to have to smack someone). There are even a few new characters who turn out to be rather interesting and make for some good plot :)

So go pick up a copy. It's well worth it.

And I mean what I said about the Quel'Thalas thing. Twice in the book he calls Quel'Thalas a city which is annoying as hell. The first time I said, "Ok, small mistake." But then he says it again in the freaking preview/lead-in to Ghostlands. The fact he says the Sunwell once stood in "The Elven city of Quel'Thalas" does not bode well for this not repeating like 50 times in the next book either -_- Maybe Metzen will smack some sense into him :)

It's SILVERMOON Knaak. SILVERMOON. Though I'm not even sure the Sunwell is considered to be *there* per-say. I think it's adjacent. On the Sunwell Plateau, in Sunwell Grove, on that little island :P Of course, that is coming from a few different sources so god knows if Blizzard is going on a renaming spree again (Sunwell Plateau is the most recent.. it's mentioned as a new zone in Burning Crusade.. Sunwell Grove was on the War 3 map, which is grossly inaccurate compared to the WoW map now.. Blizzard had some fun just moving crap around for that game -_-).

Generally I don't think Blizzard is going to pull another renaming spree just to deal with Knaak's book. In fact, I'd be surprised if Metzen didn't tell him to get a revised edition out later on, as mistaking Quel'thalas and its contents for a city is beyond the scope of most mistakes. It's kind of like saying Grom was killed by Thrall, it's an obvious oversight that just playing a video game (much less looking up the lore with Metzen) would have fixed.

As to the Sunwell plateau versus the Sunwell grove, that's a minor change, a variance that's within the bounds of WoW's changes to the shape of the world.

Um heck they did this to Dalaran....Dalaran USED to be a whole nation, with the Violet Citadel as it's Capitol on Cross Island. Now it's reduced to just a large city in the middle of land.... :sweatdrop

I still say if that bubble pops and that city is not on a freaking cross-shaped island I am going to smack someone. Even in War 3 it's on cross island. In particular, look at the Blood Elf TFT campaign. You can tell quite well that Dalaran is cross-shaped.

Then it has to be a very small island....

Then it has to be a very small island....

It could be more like a moat. Also I don't think scale is much of a factor (i.e. Scarlet Monastery instance = way more space than outside) so if it's instanced (which it will be I'm sure) it could be quite large.
