A question for all about the Great War

If I were to join this RP, what races would be allowed for me to play as?

Obviously humans, though all the kingdoms are taken by now (except Stormwind, though that one doesn't join the war). The Gilnean king is soon going to be deposed by the Zinites, worshippers of the Azure Goddess of magic and knowledge, Zinine, so you can take that one. You can also come up with some human faction, like Gurt did with Ravenholdt.

Dwarves are already taken, forest trolls as well, elves are a no-no (too powerful for player control), gnomes didn't exist yet. I guess you can do something like the Maroon Cult: a group of gnolls, kobolds and other such races working with rebel humans under the guidance of Brux, the Maroon God of war.

This happens about 1000 years before the First War, so any races that hadn't showed up by then aren't available (like the gnomes, the murlocs, perhaps the goblins). Races that aren't native to the Eastern Kingdoms won't be available as well.

Hmm that'd be a bit overpowered. The problem is that I have a set plan for what I'm going to use Scavell for. You could still find a place ingame.

You could play a green dragonkin commander, perhaps. Seradane is allied to the Druids of Caer Darrow against the pagans.

The Council is also allied with the Druids. Maybe you could play a Druid, or just a regular Tirisfalen.

Or will be, very soon.
