Questions about Illidan & Hellscream

Just curious. Did Illidan consume the Skull of Gul'Dan and the Eye of Sargeras? Or just the skull of Gul'Dan? Also, where do Hellscream develop his super natural powers (the powers to destroy a demi-god and demon lord)?

1. He consumed the Skull of Gul'dan, but the Eye of Sargeras was beyond his power, and it was destroyed when he bungeled the spellcasting.

2. He drank the blood of Mannoroth to kill Cenarius, and he was just really pissed when he killed Mannoroth.
