View Full Version : The Culling campaign won't load.

My Warcraft III seems to be broken. The Culling campaign won't load. When I try to load it I just get a black and blank screen.

When I try to load the previous chapters, once they get to The Culling, the game goes back to the chapter select screen.

I noticed this happened when I installed the Warcraft III demo to play the full prologue but I'm not sure if this is the actual cause.

Looking at the boards (here (http://forums.battle.net/thread.html?topicId=19382695558) and here (http://forums.battle.net/thread.html?topicId=19595730731)), it seems recently some other people have run into the same problem. Hopefully someone will come up with an answer.

Okay. There is always the usual things that could be wrong like preferences files or the file format it is saved in is different than the new file format.

The patch broke many maps.

All the campaign included.

If you want, we can send something together to Blizzard. Please, copy the type of the error so we can tell them.

They have been so intelligent to remove from the editor the functions storing the cache of the game >_<.

So which patch should I get if I want to re-install the last two Acts of "The Founding of Durotar"?

If it is the latest patch that did it, I think the second-to-last patch would work.

New patch came out for Warcraft III. Maybe it will fix the campaign?

The latest patch, 1.2.4c, says "Fixed a problem with the "Chapter Six: The Culling" human campaign map".
