Yes but too many of the 'admins' and 'mods' are afraid to moderate since it may hurt someones feelings as they can't handle being the 'bad guy'. Apparently they prefer anarchy and whine anytime...

I doubt they'll take any losses people wise besides the orcs losing a part of their population. Besides that the rebuilding would be mostly in the leadership.
