On the heels of a bunch of Alpha testers leaking these last week, it seems Blizzard decided to bite the bullet and just release a list of spells and talents. So far this is considered "part 1" and doesn't cover Druids, Hunters and Priests. But be sure to take a look. It even has several new screenshots of the spells in action!

While looking around the WoW Europe boards to see what people think of the updates I realised my realm really is the worst off.

You know, looking at the new Rogue talents - they really suck. At least the combat tree. Well, most of the Assassin tree too. But I mean, look at our 41 pt talent for Combat - "we won't miss on a backstab, etc". "So amazing! Now I can kill other Rogues!" -_- What the hell is that doing on a PvE tree? It's so worthless in PvE. Blade Twisting is also a PvP talent. It's really a shame.

I may have to spec back into protection, if I ever get a good 1hander again.

Rogue talents are god-like as compared with Paladin talents. Yes, we have a reactive taunt, but we still don't have the dps to keep the mobs on us. We're still healbots through and through in any raid situation.
That and Shaman get pets...lucky bastards.

Paladins got nasty buffs with BC, they are more even *more* durable and that talent that increases for 30%?
Ouch.

Shaman got the elemental pets of fire and water, not the mages xP
Well... Shamans Fire and Earth isnt the same as water. Anyways. Troll shamans with dual wield, Flurry, Bloodlust and Berserking... Imagine the speed! ![]()

But it WOULD make more sense if Mages could summon Fire Elementals, dont you think?

Shamans should have Earth and Wind Elementals, and Mages Fire and Water.
Because shamans elements are more "natural"... A bit more shamanlike, when Fire and Water, or really ice, is what Mages train in. But, as Kerrah said, Evokers and Defias Mages has fire elementals. Which must mean mages are able to summon Fire Elementals ![]()
