Default Old Hyjal map
A little foolishly i extracted those minimaps in TBC and scrabbled them together, then I got this Map: Old Hyjal.

Compare with the current map of Hyjal to see the difference~

Well I guess you could use all those videos of Hjal as a reference. The map looks basically like the old empty one, but with added buildings for the humans, orcs and Nelfs.
EDIT: I hope they put Jaina's High Elves in the CoT Hjal as a tribute too, since they fought there.

I'm worried that the level will be more of an instance grind than a real defense map. You know how the 'swarms' of enemies are in the game so far. About 10 of them; and since they can pass through eachother it isn't even like a real charge, because they cluster together and will probably all aim on the MT. I hope it won't be like that, because Hjal needs an epic sized battle!

Seems you haven't heard of WOWCartographe?

Then I'll have to link the current map here~


World Tree was located in the northeast of Hyjal.
Those "scars" shows the destruction of both human and orc's base in the battle.

I hope they include missions to go to the Furbolgs, and Trolls to recruit them to help you!

Oh, and I hope the do lots of Mobs to make it feel like a Real Battle.

They need to have events where Archimonde walks up to Jaina, they talk and she runs away. Then he blows up her base. He then goes to the Horde, he talks to Thrall, Thrall zaps him and runs away. He then says "I can't believe that whelp actually hurt me!" He then blows up the base and marches on the night elf base.....

Then all of a sudden, the draenei come down from the heavens in the Exodar, and crash land on Archimonde! I smell some new lore....

x_X AAAH god forbid! Imagine that actually happened ingame.

EDIT: Or Archimonde climbs the World Tree, and lots of Draenei Interceptors fly around him and shoot at him like in King Kong!

The little ships Carriers carry always reminded me of the airplanes harassing King Kong.
