I would say probably not. The questline for the staff was fairly epic, but it didn't involve specific class abilities since it was useful for a large range of different classes. Since the daggers are rogue specific, I think the devs wanted to do something rogue specific with the questline this time.

Rogues also have kind of an advantage here of having a lot of "tools" which gives them a lot of room to do interesting class-specific stuff. Most other classes probably can't say this aside from a few random things like Life/Death Grip or what have you (I'd say Hunters are maybe the exception here but they already got a class questline in vanilla).

Oddly the Hour of Twilight and Dragonsoul portals are next to Endtimes. I guess it can be explained as the Bronze Dragons teleporting you there quickly.

That is a thought though. I'd prefer for wrathion to be a Pygmy in humanoid form. Not everything should be elf or human. I'd still like nerubian Malygos and weird things like draenei nozdormu.
