Default Pandaria (Don't click if your computer sucks)
So rather than torment the other topic. I now present to you the rest of Pandaria (except Zandalari Isle since I can't get near it besides a distant screenshot).

I was running Fraps during all this but it will take some time to process the 30 minutes of video.

You should have no issues picking out which zone is what except in the case of Townlong and Dread Wastes. Areas that are alive are Townlong.

I noticed those Nerubians do NOT have PH tags under their names. Are there legit nerubians in Pandaria?

I'd guess they forgot to just put PH tags on some of them.

I feel pretty confident saying that even though they don't say PH, they are PH's.

That place has some massive trees. Some of them look even bigger than the Great Trees around Azeroth.
