In my case I actually have first hand familiarity with the concept. Without going into specifics, the sort of stuff I like would qualify as pretty fucked up (no pun intended) to most people, and around half the German porn I've found that caters to my particular deviance manages to take that already out-there subject matter and make it even more crazy.
