Default Would you guys play a diablo type game but in the warcraft universe?

Or hell an action RPG with online parties based in the warcraft world?

I do enjoy the IP but kind of bored with wow and loving diablo 3. I'd like it to get another shake outside for rts/mmo field.

If they did, Id rather it be Starcraft. I love WC and Diablo, but Id rather more of a balance with the SciFi in place.

I have to try out Diablo III first.

Sadly, this laptop can't even run Chrome without shutting off suddenly (and no, it isn't overheating, I made sure of that).

I'd play it, but it's not exactly something I would dream of having.

Honestly, a problem with Starcraft is both how iconic a lot of the vehicles are to the game. If we were to get a non-RTS starcraft game, I'd like it to be like Starhawk... which come to think of it, is sorta like Ghost's proposed multiplayer mode.

Thinking about it, probably not. And that's not to say I don't enjoy the style, but the specific style doesn't seem to fit what I would want for a Warcraft game.

I would, but only because its Warcraft. I'd prefer they make one set in the Starcraft Universe. Haven't seen a futuristic action RPG yet.

I would, but it depends on when is the story set. Personally i would love a warcraft game set during the Troll Wars.

Only if they change it so one can use WASD keys. I'm playing D3 with my BFF right now and after twenty minutes at max my lower arms start to hurt. People have been complaining about that crap since before Beta and they didn't change it. But generally speaking i'd play that.

They can make whatever game they want now but it seems wow has painted them into a corner they can now only do MMOs. Which would be a shame.

I think most people here would at least try it because of the Warcraft setting.

Would be better than WoW without doubt, and would kick ass.

I'm going to choose to interpret this as "Would you play a Warcraft game as dark as Diablo."

To which I'm going to say yes, because the only compelling work Blizzard seems to do with World of Warcraft is also their darkest work (Warcraft 3, Wrath of the Lich King.)

The Founding of Durotar was probably one of the most awesome things ever done in this franchise.

Though a whole game Diablo-style... not sure, I don't feel like playing the same game four times to "complete" it.

They should pull a TF2 manuever, where when you buy the game online you get the story stuff, but you can pay to get extra mission and story packs, maybe even characters

I'd rather have Civilization: Azeroth.
