There is the "War3 Mod (GA)"-mod, which basically converted a lot of data from wc3 to sc2. (as in, setting up all the units, etc)

I didn't check exactly how much you need to setup yourself though, as I don't have starcraft installed right now. Still, I think it should help.

They got released and that's it? They added all assets to the sc2 editor for mappers to work with. There is really nothing more to it.

Basically they realized it will be a huge work after the orc heroes, half-assed the heroes of the remaining races and a few more units/structures then direct ported the remaining stuff and released them as an assets dependency for the sc2 editor.

Graphics technology went wrong way.

Okay, 1) calling something gay as an insult is archaic and offensive.

And 2) Seriously if you're going to keep necroing threads could you at least say something worthwhile?

1) "gay as an insult is archaic and offensive" - you're denying your own argument. But okay, sorry if I insulted you, I'm not gay hater (neither supporter, I don't care about gays).

2) 4 months old is already necro thread? Allright, it's better to create 4 more threads about the same thing, at least it won't be "necroing".
People exaggerate with this all necroing.
