7.3.5 is almost certainly this Tuesday, so hopefully soon after that.

I really doubt it will come next week. It doesn’t have a release candidate build yet.

Like Nazja said, Call of the Scarab is starting soon and the patch adds new stuff for that holiday.

You say this like Blizzard cares deeply about their garbage "doesn't affect anything longterm" micro-holidays. Almost every one has been buggy, broken, or cancelled till next year. "Call of the Scarab" has no reason to be different.

I want 7.3.5 to be on Tues. Seems like it's getting a little close for them not to announce it at this point though.

They added the alemental once before brewfest but the stuff became available like the brewfest a year later.

Today's new build is a release candidate.

So, you were right, Blizzard will probably push it next week.

Hopefully the Allied Races are in the patch.

Give me something to do of grinding two out so I can unlock their outfits and then start race changing like a mo fo

But it looks like the Legion casters on Broken Shore were right about the ptach being released next tuesday. They are always right....

Unfortunately, an MMO Champion mod confirmed the Lightforged draenei using the long tail model was an error on their end. I was hoping it would be official, as it would be an easy, no effort way for Blizzard to make at least female Lightforged stand out more from base draenei.

I figure it'd be a good thing to bring up in the Beta as something to be put in the barber shop like the straight back orcs. Hell that may be the intention.

Don't expect allied races next week or even in the next few weeks. The models in 7.3.5 are not done such as how the Nightborne still have no facial rigging. Maybe they'll do a 7.3.5a when pre-orders eventually come or maybe they really will not release them till the pre-patch.

I am 99% sure the datamined Allied Races will be a reward for pre-ordering BfA.

Allied races won't come before BfA preorder.

But... BfA preorder may be announced any time soon.

No it is obviously the opposite if you pre order or buy BFA you will lock yourself away from Allied races.

on a slightly (very little in this case) more serious note:

This is the first step blizzard is gonna take towards pay2win in wow. or welll it is already there if you want to count min max racials.

I'd expect the pre-orders to be by the end of the next quarter to give themselves a good sub boost.

When's the next big patch for FF14 or one of the other MMOs?

I'd expect it around then, myself.

Most likely January 30th. Squares pretty consistent with patches and the 30th is pretty much the end of the quarter. We'll know for sure in a week as that's the next Live Letter.

What I'm most looking forward to about preorder, aside from Allied Races, are the mounts that presumably come with them. Especially the raptor.

Alright, end of a week. New week starting. What do you think will be: Released/announced/datamined.

While unlikely 7.3.5 is this week, will alpha be this week? My guesses are yes.

Sorry to screw over the enthusiasm here, but can someone explain to me how pre-orders in general in the age of digital distribution are anything but cynical ploys to accelerate the cash conversion cycle and at the same time, by sheer force of brand equity, lock in sales that the review cycle may have otherwise suppressed?

What's to explain? That's exactly what they've become.

I completely forgot about them. I’m excited to see the stallion. When they were first data mined and we knew nothing about what was going on with Kul Tiras, I thought it’d be like a kelpie.

Also, the baby tortollan <3

Anything involving allied races or the Kul Tirans please. I’m starved for any info.
