Or Blizz will do what Blizz usually does when a system doesn't work perfectly - instead of refining it, they chuck it out the window. Their response is often just to wildly swing in a different direction.

That argument kinda falls apart when we have class halls.

Makes me think they consider Garrisons a success in terms of design.

That implies successful features or ideas are kept. Those aren't immune to being cut.

Most of the feedback blizzard has gotten from artifacts are that they are not fun for alts and they are awful for specs at the start of the expansion (now they are ok at best) paragon points will fix both these issues since it is a progressiion system that is account wide (And thy could call it something like Path of the titans) and isnt tied to spec.

I am not sure i have mentioned this but it is entirely possible for blizzard to have Vanilla wow with WoD models.

I have played on Private servers with the WoD models for wotlk.

Animations and such worked fine.

And it is great.

Have they put the old AV as a brawl yet?

Yes, and it was beautiful and awesome. The fog of war effect was a really nice touch.

Right now we're having Gravity Lapse which is also really fun.

That was Winter AB, not old school AV.

As far as I know they haven't said anything officially about an old school Alterac Valley Brawl. The upcoming ones after Winter Arathi Basin and Gravity-lapse Netherstorm will be a version of Warsong Gulch where you can cap the flag even if yours isn't at your base, after that one version of the whatchamacallit battleground from MoP with the mines and the carts, with some sort of football-esque mechanics put into if I understand it correctly, and then there'll be the Southshore v. Tarren Mill battle from the 10 year anniversary some time after that. After that there's one I'm really psyched to try out, which is a 15v15 battleground on an Arena map. The last one planned before they start over again with Winter AB is another MoP BG, the one with the balls and the lowered area in the middle, where they've changed it so that you get debuffed while carrying the ball and will have to tactically pass it along to another friendly player to keep on amassing points safely.

As some comment say, and I kinda agree, I think this is them further testing the level scaling in old zones and see how they can work it all out furthering the system

I want Timewalking Doom Lord Kazzak, as well.

THE LEGION WILL CONQUER ALL

Also, do we know what sort of respawn timer they'll be on? I imagine it's not going to follow the original Vanilla schedule?

Is there any information on the availability? I didn't read the wowhead post but I thought it was through standard queue'ing.

I'm really hoping it's the world boss style they have now

Also a news, that lead Warlocks to cheer:

Soul Effigy will be removed in the next patch.

http://blue.mmo-champion.com/topic/1...-transparency/

It was expectable. (I never bothered to play that talent anyway.)
