Gold (War3) [Concept] Revamp of old content

I apologize in advance for my English. It is not my native language and I have never studied it.

So, i want to share my vision of how should be revamped old content.
To be more realistic this concept does not include re-shaping the world and revamp of factions system.
According to legend, small part of the WoW-Team works on this project.

Key features:
  • New, modern content for new players and future races
  • Better leveling; leveling again major part of content
  • Scaled world. The world is always scales to your level, even after level 90
  • Endgame content in old world
  • Better stat squish
  • LvL squish (optional)
  • Unique start experience stay (DK, DH, Goblins, Worgens, Pandarens)
  • Better timeline

The World

According to legend, revamp will be released with 8.0: level cap - 100; 90-100 - new content.

Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms

After lvl15-zones you can get 5 levels in any zone at any level up to 90.

  • Dun Morogh (A)
  • Elwynn Forest (A)
  • Eversong Woods (H)
  • Tirisfal Glades (H)
  • Gilneas (Worgen Intro) (A)

10-15
  • Westfall (A)
  • Loch Modan (A)

Darkshore gone; Exodar soars; The Azuremyst Isles is one zone; Teldrassil gone after intro.

The Azuremyst Isles: 1-15 (first 5 levels in Exodar)
Teldrassil - Kalidar(PH): 1-15 (Teldrassil gone after intro)

  • Durotar (H)

  • Kezan - Lost Isles (Goblin Intro) (H)

10-15
  • Northern Barrens (H)

15-20(90)
  • Southern Barrens (H)
  • Azshara (H)

On each of these continents you can get 10 levels; All are available with level 50.

No changes; Available through Visions of Past(PH)

EndGame Content

Endgame content will become available with patches; It will be subzones with dailies and dungeons/raids.

As example

Caer Darrow:
  • Continuation of the storyline of Plaguelands
  • Level 50-100
  • Scalable content; It requires maximum level of zone (50).
  • Lots of group content
  • New Large Dungeon

Below we talk about each zone individually (deign; storyplot)

If we are going with scaled world, I would suggest to have it scale up to the maximum level, so all the effort gets put to use wholly.

I think that can be scaled to level 100 (and after, to level 110), but no exp rewards after level 90. Because Blizzard will never give up new content for new level cap.

I am talking because of Legion, where outdoor is supposed to make for another wing of the endgame content. It would be only wise to include the updated old continents as well and would easily serve to justify the update even more, something Blizzard was struggling with during Cataclysm.
