Do know the vendor says 'our people' instead of 'my people' when you're a barb.

So if you could pick an author to write for Diablo, who would it be?

And don't you dare say George Martin because we'd actually like a book before our galaxy crashes into Andromeda.

Admittedly I think that Gaiman would be better suited for WoW. His writing is quirky and often has dry humour interspersed in his more recent works. Part of me thinks Starcraft would appeal to him as he always fancied himself a Science Fiction writer in his extremely early career but lamented that he realised he didn't know enough science to write fiction about it.

I honestly can't see his flow or writing style working well in any of the settings really, which is a shame since I'm a huge fan of Neil.

Yeah I'm reluctant to recommend him. He's less "heroic" and more "whimsical".

I dunno, I could see him fitting Diablo if he avoided the Heaven/Hell thing. Sure, that's basically the whole point, but I'd like to see Neil write for, say, the Gods of Xianshi, assuming they actually exist.

He could write a Covetus Shen book!
