Well, from an in-game stand point, he was a Mossflayer troll. If you visit Zul'Mashar in northern EPL, you will notice that the Mossflayers are raising up mummified trolls, wrapping in bandages. That was the direction I was going with this guy. He just didn't turn out as lanky as I would have liked.

Music's art to, I'm in complete agreement of that.

On the other hand, I think I've just officially reached retirement age, because I officially have no clue what style that music is based on, and frankly, I don't think I'd ever get used to it even if I did.

The initial thought would be that I played on the drums, and my friend made atmospheric noise on the guitar. We were trying to make modern psychedelic music with acoustic beats.

The high pitch of the guitar makes it very difficult to actually enjoy (at least from my perspective, but I'm an old fogey in terms of musical tastes). That said, it does fit with the title, so thematically it's definitely on track. If you're going to go the psychodelic (sorry, had to make the pun) route in your music I suggest listening to Massive Attack's Danny the Dog sound track for some of your inspiration. It's still got a rhythm and energy to it which music needs at a minimum (even atmospheric styles).

If you want non-aural inspiration for your works, may I suggest reading up on Philip Zimbardo's prison study and using that as your theme. It's fucking crazy stuff.

Ah, 1960's LSD explorations, or at least the style anyway. I could never get into it (even the Beatles little extras never did it for me), but if that's what you're going for good luck. I still think you should use old Psych experiments as your theme, the ones before they had review boards and psychologists were able to get away with god awful things.

Me and a couple of friends were in a vacation house this weekend (and we'd brought 15g of weed and each a trip of mushrooms).

The first day we just smoked (alot), and went down to this lake (which was totally frozen) and there we looked at two birds flying around. The day after we made tea on the shrooms. I drew the birds to represent freedom and height. I would say most things on that picture is inspired by either drugs, or impressions I got from the weekend. Alot of the picture was spontaniously drawn. It was interesting... it felt like the pen drew the picture without my help.
