How is that wrong? It's a totally different Ironforge than what Magni left.

Calm down, Juncker.

It's like the writers forgot that each of the clans already have their own capitals and kingdoms that are more or less intact. Moira's not necessarily wrong, I just find it kind of bizzare they suddenly give so much of a toss about Ironforge when last I checked neither Aerie Peak nor Shadowforge City were destroyed.

While the ones living there probably wouldn't care, a bunch of Dark Irons and Wildhammers moved to Ironforge and live there now. I'm sure they're the ones Moira is talking about.

Magni is made of diamonds. Why does he need a cloak when he goes out into the snow?

When a comic is released and its:

Boring
Featuring the worst Dwarf charactor (Moira) front and center
No Varian
And when you know full well whatever Horde version of this will whitewash the Horde even more

I wish it were an edgelord opinion because then it would actually be somewhat interesting.

Instead what we got was some diamonds coming to life, the delivery a typical warning and he heads out.

If you're going to fling shit then you need to at least try. You're just coming off as a petty whiner because someone doesn't like this minimalist exposition dump of something we already know.

To cover himself from the sun or else he'd be a walking disco ball.

I did think the cloak thing was odd but it might have been just to attempt to appear as inconspicuous as possible.

To hide from rogue draenei jewelcrafters. They'll cut his ass up.

Indeed, people might get scared by a walking rock through (prsumably) Stormwind. Although by now they should be used to nearly anything. I mean, necropoli, Kazzak, necropoli and plague, death knights, Deathwing, pandarens, demon hunters..

I wonder what the other three comics will be about? We know one is about Anduin, I'm guessing the others would be Khadgar and a Horde character, maybe Vol'jin or Sylvannas.

Epic derp.
Azeroth is a Titan. Azeroth has some power over time since the caverns of Time are a part of her. She saw the future, shared with Magni and gave him a mission.

Never really got the hatred for Ludos art style, it fits Warcraft a hell of a lot better than any of the other attempts that were made.

Kindoff disappointed its a website comic even: Been wishing they would do more comics like Varians arc (pre Med'an....) or Ashbringer for a long time now.

WoW comic was boring since the beggining honestly. I don't really think that the story of Varian was the best way to go. Me'dan just made it downright terrible.

WoW sidestories needs to be things like Traveler. Stories about minor or secondary characters that helps you understeand the world.

Blizzard had a shitload of problems with DC/Wildstorm during the WoW comics (which is why the Alliance and Horde comics were delayed so much) that probably turned them off doing traditional, weekly/monthly published comics through a publisher (one shot GNs are different) and they don't have the capacity to do something like that on their own quite yet.

I really enjoyed that, although it was very short. Moira was great magni was great, and they actually covered a couple of my favorite dwarf storylines.

I take it the "she" magni kept talking about was the Azeroth Fetus?

What about novels then? How come small companies like Games Workshop and Wizards of the Coast pump dozens of novels every year?

I actually didn't know WotC self-published, that must be recent as I thought they had a contract with Tor. Then again, Black Library and WotC have franchises twice as old as Blizzard's works, meaning they had that much more time to build up a reputation with authors and attract their own editorial staff.

The bottom line is, though, Blizz were relatively happy with Simon and Schuster and now Random House as their publishing partners. Blizz has dipped their toes into the water with self-publishing reprints of some of the older tie-in books they reacquired the rights to, so in another decade or so when the RH contract runs out they may self publish future books like they do with their comics.

I wonder why the second issue isn't on the site yet. I already read it. It's about the Suramar elves.
