I honestly never thought of that, but it'd make sense from an RP perspective. Most of my male WoW characters had short hair (one was bald). My one female character had a Louise Brooks-esque bob.

I just copy what their "Founding Father/Mother" uses, if they have one.

So all of my DKs end up with the longer hair in honor of their "Father" but all of my female paladins get the SoB cut, to include the draenei.

Cassians never strike me as someone who would even pick up a sword. It just seems so..... Common. But then again, Celestine is a Cassian warrior, but I blame the haircuts for that selection.
