Default Scrolls of Lore, the raid

Realizing the greatest threat to the warcraft universe is the fans, the leaders of the horde and the alliance launch a raid to end Scrolls of Lore forever.

Wing 1, land of the ever-banished:
To reach the lands of SoL, the united fleets must first break through the dark spirits trapped outside.
Boss 1: The triad of terrors (plus smokeblader, the rogue). Three beings of ancient horror, long since gone from SoL. Salandrin, who will slaughter those before him in the most horrific sickening ways possible. Rolandius, who will tear your faction apart from the inside by overanalysis and Soldrethar, who is soldrethar. The raid shall be aided by escort NPC cemotecu of THE REVOLUTION, but he dies during the first phase.
Boss 2: Korath (plus smokeblader, having escaped and becoming a shademaster). Commander of a legion of genocidal draenei warlocks, willing to kill and slaughter anyone. He has kidnapped dozens of orc children, using them in powerful sacrificial rituals. If left unchecked, tens of thousands of innocents shall perish.
Boss 3 (plus smokeblader having been killed before being put back in his corpse, becoming a dark ranger): That night elf guy whose name I forgot. Over and over, his heart has been shattered by blizzard, turning him into an ice-cold killing machine. With an army of warcraft 3 night elves at his back, he has become an unstoppable war machine. Defeat him, before his chimaeras or faerie drakes destroy the alliance-horde fleet, shattering any hope of freedom for the people of Azeroth.
Boss 4 (plus smokeblader having been killed but raised as a death knight): WhinyAlly. The traveller of the ever-revolving door, he is a spirit both banished and accepted. With him, he brings the echoes of the horrors that lie within.

Wing 2, shores of damnation:
Boss 1 (plus smokeblader having been killed but having his spirit put in a human corpse, becoming a first generation death knight): Baron Grackle. Before the united fleets can make landfall, they must first contend with Grackle's massive fleet of troll destroyers. In addition, Grackle possesses the ability to create time portals to the second war, summoning forth combatants.
Boss 2 : Kir, wizard (plus smokeblader, having been reincarnated as a blood elf). Along the rim of SoL island lie a thousand shattered kingdoms, stuck in eternal political conflict. Only when Kir is slain can these chained kingdoms know the freedom of Azeroth.
Mini-boss: Amongst these kingdoms are the mystical worgen, creatures said to exist on Azeroth but who no one alive has ever seen. Here, they are led by Lord Grimtale (notable loot: Worgen mini-musketeer battlepet)
Mini-boss: Alleged to have once been a part of the world of Azeroth, the people of Strom are but another of the many warring factions, led by Erthad (notable loot: stromgarde tabard)
Mini-boss: Smokeblader, killed but raised as a banshee, having used his natural charisma to become a banshee queen (notable loot: living ankh battle-pet)
Boss 3: Solcu (plus smokeblader, having escaped but taken prisoner by the kaaradi). Within the lands of Scrolls of Lore lies a rift to another world. A dozen horrific beings tend to this rift, summoning forth its horrific inhabitants. Each of the summoners must be slain, before this alternate world replaces Azeroth forever.
Mini-boss: The legion of smoke. When banshee queen smokeblader was destroyed, its essence was shattered, becoming a gaggle of smokelings (notable loot: smokeling battle-pet)

Wing 3: The vault of oddities:
Notable Area: The den of shrooms. Home to the great shroombie, producer of delectable fungoids called shroomlings. When consumed, a shroomling provides a banquet-level well fed buff, but can cause hallucinations and visual distortions.
Boss 1: Ijffdrie and his weird anduin/everyone stories (plus an alternative smokeblader as sylvanas' other boytoy). Fight your way through the massive harem of the false Anduin, and slay the fool whose sick, twisted mind thought it up.
Boss 2: The twins of politics and feminism (including the resurrected version (using a living ankh) of banshee queen smokeblader): Those who don't engage in the demented atrocities of SoL have found even greater offenses to commit against reality. Slay them all!
Mini-boss: Slowpoke. He's calm. He's insistent. He will never back down. Drops the creepy chibi battlepet.
Mini-boss: Porimlys. The reincarnation of Leeroy Jenkins as a giant chicken, riding a motorcycle. He leads 9-24 humanoids, and is convinced he's the one that did the raid up till now, regarding the raid as a mini-boss with 9-24 adds.
Boss 3: The SHA OF HAPPINESS and its avatar: Nazja. The Sha of happiness resurrects Cemotecu as an angel and smokeblader as a forsaken rogue during the fight.
Bonus: If you manage to kill Hoodedman the ninja before he loots the corpse of the sha of happiness, each member in the raid has a 15% chance to receive a bonus item.

Wing 4: Halls of Lordaeron:
Boss 1: Hall of warchiefs (including smokeblader, trying to backstab all the warchiefs so sylvanas came become the new one). All the former warchiefs of the horde are pitted against one another and twisted by the visions of a council of diseased seers. One must destroy these false images, and the false images of their followers, and those who created them.
Boss 2: All must die (including Fojar's assassins targeting Smokeblader)! The awful, awful creatures that inhabit Scrolls of Lore have created elaborate fantasies of slaughtering nearly every prominent figure on Azeroth. The raid must fight their way through a gauntlet of wannabe tortures and killers to prevent the deaths of their leaders.
Boss 3: The twin emperors of Lordaeron Fojar (assisted by quirnheim) and Xil (assisted by smokeblader). Forever locked in battle, the raid must overwhelm the paladins and dark rangers that protect this pair. If killed, the continent of Lordaeron shall finally be free!

Heroic Only: The Maker's Terrace. The foul mods of Lordaeron can be found in their lair, engaging in shocking acts of depravity, unthinkable to the lesser races.

Raid Reputation: THE REVOLUTION! led by Anansi, the revolution is dedicated to tearing apart SoL from the inside. Revenant sells flasks to the raid.

Yes.

I had an idea similar to this except it was more like "What kinda loot would we drop if we were raid bosses?"

Crossed Swords (War2)

Any SoL raid has to have Soldrethar and Saladrin.

Rolandius should be there too for old times sake.

If Omacron were a boss his weakness would be troggs. Lots and lots of troggs.

And scissors.

The Alliance's three rules on faction conflict:
1) You can't win.
2) You can't break even.
3) You can't leave the game.

Needs more Sons of the Sea Pig, if you ask me. I like that I'm a boss, though.

They could work as Tirion-style neutral NPCs fighting the Legions of SoL.

Okay, Saladrin is the torture porn guy, Rolandius I see on old wowpedia comments a lot (from what I get, he's a bit of an... erm, I don't know the proper english term, but the dutch term roughly translates as ant****er, someone whose over-attention to minor details results in getting the bigger picture completely wrong), but I have no idea who Soldrethar is. Any elaboration?

I don't know if there are words in English or any other tongue to properly describe the entity that was Soldrethar, though if I had to try, "emotionally stunted attention whore with interesting views on shaving" would be a start.

... interesting views on shaving?

I think salandrin, rolandius and other guy could form a council-style boss in the first wing, as the long-gone, former great monstrosities whose time away from the depraved lands of SoL have weakened them.

There would be a boss named luke skywalker

He would constantly come up with counter attacks and plans to defeat the raid.
Always failing.

Orb of Venom

Adding to the Land of Banishment, we must include Soldrethar, Salandrin and Rolandius. Maybe they've sort of melted into one horrifying entity of rage, madness and uncomfortable dialogue. Also, the Slow Polk should probably feature somewhere.

The Halls of Lordaeron should be home to the warring factions of Fojar Ahrzilix and Xilizrha Rajof.

The Admins themselves, of course, are the last level of the raid, and will be found engaging in shocking acts of unspeakable depravity in what they thought was their secure Maker's Terrace.

I call being leader of the REVOLUTION, who leads the players through the quests to TAKE DOWN SCROLLS OF LORE from the INSIDE.

Alright, if we start including every weird/disgusting/obnoxious/annoying/etc. thing about SoL the raid will become a miles-long clusterfuck that no one would want to do.

Shaving is a lesbian conspiracy to demasculinise men. Or something. He's also rather famous for his abuses of the word dark, which he took to mean "Stupid Evil", and his belief that uniqueness was shitty, akin to a transformer created out of excrement and twigs (he may have had a point, but threw it away by being Soldrethar)

Also, any ideas on the night elf guy? Can't remember any being banned.

Hell we've got enough people on here to fill an entire continent worth of expansion.
