I use tabs made of spaces.

I have always heard about niche uses for Python and wondered if Ruby was the same way.

Are Raspberry Pies relevant to this thread?

In Ruby, you actually have to do this.

A computer science nerd invited me to play board games and to go to a convention. He also insisted he pay for my coffee.

Doesn't he know that I am not a computer?

Has anyone here programmed in Ruby? Is that useful for anything?
This why I've never really been able to get into programming. I've dabbled in it and enjoyed it somewhat but have never been able to really get into it because I need to move around to do my best thinking and visualizing.

Though I doubt I'd ever really be satisfied with a job in tech anyway. As much as I like tech and enjoy applying logic and intuition to find a solution my overall interests tend to lean more toward the creative arts. Especially writing.

Fuckin' Microsoft.

So your internet isn't working. You're connected to a network, but the internet isn't available.

So you run the troubleshooter. It does some crap, you wait a couple minutes, then it reports back that it couldn't fix the problem. Something something WiFi configuration. You know what I'm talking about.

Okay, Microsoft. Fine. You're software packages are bloated and useless. I get it. No need to keep beating this horse. I can already see its bones.

So why in the name of the Omnissiah are you asking me, you insufferable bastards, to give online feedback about this troubleshooter which failed to get me back online?

My personal favourite has to be when my keyboard started acting up way back when, and whenever I'd turn my computer on, I'd get the message: "Keyboard not found. Press F1 to continue.", and despair.
