Naaru do kind of look like magical keys. I wonder what they open. A portal to the void, perhaps?

xe'ra and Illidan will merge sort of Xera will be illidans sword and shield and he will be turned into the first night elf paladin.

Not necessarily; humans were said to have explicitly replaced their battlefield clerics with paladins, but the NPC's of several non-human races (including night elves) who don't have paladins have been shown to include plate-armored clerics with weapons and shields. That could theoretically be what those are.

Draenei seem to combine the two, having both paladins and clerics geared for combat.

He's not a paladin. He's just a Night Elf ghost you get as a follower.

Chiming in to a conversation from a few pages back about WoD's events and their impact on the true timeline...

I think the timing of the introduction of the Timeless Isle, coupled with said place's lore, gives us a strong indication as to just how the Draenor of WoD fits into everything.

The Timeless Isle was expressly stated to be a place that existed outside of time. On top of that, it's an island that has the ability to dart in and out of a timeline. Kairoz new this fact, and we know this because he told us. I think he wanted to turn Draenor into a place that worked like the Timeless Isle; at least to some degree. In other words, I think the Vision of Time did as one of the most popular theories says: it took WoD's Draenor out of it's native timeline, and placed it outside of time.

The problem is that the WoD shenanigans took its toll on some of the MU inhabitants (e.g. Maraad and other numerous casualties). These characters who died may have had a part to play in the original timeline. Then again, the "original" timeline was already fucked up way before during the War of the Ancients.

Hopefully, Blizzards ties in these timey-wimey shenanigans to Nozdormu and company going bonkers.

Looks like they just copypasted the wings from the death knight gryphon. It seems out of place.

Yeah, I think this takes a lot of the "wtf is this thing" impact by making it resemble a DK gryphon. They should add different wings, or remove them entirely.

The wings should have been mutated hands.

We don't know. Would be pretty inconvinient and just...awkward to gather and communicate as galatic planet size beings. Much less be able to present it to us.
